I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ReadCube (Boston, MA) in Oct 2022
Interview
Very professional. HR reached out to me very quickly and scheduled the first interview. I was then set up to do a video interview with the Hiring Manager. Again, very professional, great questions. I was not a great fit for the position as they needed someone who had experience providing several hours of client trainings per day, so I was not asked to continue the interview process.

The interview process was really chill and professional. I met with several different team members who all were super approachable and easy to talk to. I got a really great vibe from everyone!

Interview
It took awhile for a response and it was not a very organized process, there were some miscommunications along the way.
Although the potential sounded interesting, they offered very very low pay for the Boston Tech industry.
The interview felt uninspired. The people I met with seemed preoccupied with other things or uninterested in talking about the role.
After the interview, I never heard back and no one responded to either of my two follow up emails. Very professional.
All in all, I got the impression that this is a very scattered unorganized company that has been bought by a larger company but instead of advancing they are wading in the waters waiting to be merged with something more productive.
