Randolph Engineering interview questions

My first interview was a phone interview with the HR manager who basically bashed a company because she was leaving and was looking for a replacement HR generalist she told me the company was laying people off and pretty much hinted it wasn’t a good place to work but I was invited to interview in person once I met with the hiring manager which was the owner and his daughter when she shook my hand it was very condescending as she shook my hand trying to hold it downward. It was clear they had a specific type of person they wanted to hire and I didn’t fit their description.

I had my first round of interview which was just a phone interview with their HR. I thought everything was great was suppose to hear back from the manager of that department and I didn't. I did a follow up email the next week did not hear back from HR until a week later. Explaining that the recruiting would be on hold due to traveling. I wasn't please with the professionalism with this company.
