I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rally Health (San Francisco, CA) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard, as far as I can tell. First is the recruiter screen, discussing at a high-level my experience, what I'm looking for, etc. Next is a one hour coding screen, online/over the phone. Next is a five person panel interview, with questions covering from architecture, design, coding, and behavioral aspects.

I applied online. I interviewed at Rally Health (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
First screening call with recruiter. Second was a 1 hr interview with coding and technical questions. The coding was pretty easy, but needed more work on improving complexity. Technical questions around projects and Java memory management etc, pretty standard. Interviewer was very knowledgeable and respectful, I enjoyed the interview and think that's how they should be conducted. Even though I didn't make it, mostly due to no preparation on my end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rally Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Recruiters were welcoming and thorough. There was a 45 minute initial interview with Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager and Recruiters were not on same page. Hiring manager wanted a Senior Staff Engineer who would code 100% of the team. The job description and recruiters advertised a true Principal Engineer role with aspects of leadership.
