RWI Transportation interview questions

To start i was contacted to take a drug screen and have a background check done before anything else would happen. After that, a total of three interviews two with the sales manager and one final with the entire management team. Obviously it worked out because i was sent an offer letter immediately following the final interview.

Submitted application and received a call 2 months later. 1st is a phone interview with a recruiter. 2nd is an interview with a supervisor and it's a get to know you chat. 3rd is a 3 person interview where they read questions of off a sheet and write down responses. They'll tell you they have one opening left and ask you why they should hire you. Then they let you ask questions, but they don't answer them directly.
