RWE Application Engineer interview questions

Approached by recruiter who did not attend the virtual phone call that was scheduled. A week later I was contacted by the hiring manager's assistant for an interview. The conversation went smoothly, however it was determined that my skillset better suited a future position. Despite multiple attempts by the hiring manager and myself, we still do not have an interview scheduled through HR.
