I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX
Interview
The position clearly required little supervision. Their questions were geared toward determining if you could learn fast, work with almost no supervision, and how well you handled unexpected changes during the work day. Not a position for someone who likes to focus on one project at a time.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. How well do you handle stress? How do you feel about working in a busy environment with constant interruptions? Are you comfortable with changing priorities throughout the day? There was obviously not a script of questions for this position when I interviewed.
I applied online and was called by the HR recruiter. We had a 30 minute phone interview right then as it was a convenient time for me. She ended by asking if I wanted to move forward and interview with the on-site HR lead and someone from the dept. That was a 45 min interview.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RTX (Bristol, CT) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had three interviews for this position. The recruiter's phone screening was followed by a virtual interview with a peer. Lastly, I met with the hiring manager for a virtual interview. The process was fairly quick, it was completed within about a week.

Question 1
Describe the current team that you work with or support.
The interview process was what one might expect from an interview process with a similarly situated company in the same industry as this company. It involved several interviews with employees who have experience in the relevant departments in which one would be working.
