Interview
First stage after submitting CV is a ‘situational strengths’ assessment where they ask you to rank responses to statements and there’s a few numerical reasons questions. After this there’s a job simulation where you rank a few responses again but also do a few pre-recorded interview questions.

alright but got rejected. it was in a virtual assessment centre where i had to answer 7 questions and then work in a group for a task and then diary task where i plan my time and days.

The process is divided into online form completion, online testing, video interviews, and final interviews. Online testing and video interviews are fairly standard, but the final interview is more challenging, lasting a total of four hours.
