First a 30 minute phone screening to clarify expectations of the role, then a 1 hour virtual interview with the department members, then a 1 hour in-person interview with other senior management.

1. introduction
2. technical interview
3. management interview
if you pass the number 1, will continue to number 2, and if pass then will go to final stage management interview.
