I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RCI Exchanges (Cork) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a two part interview, an English/maths test and personality test along with the face to face. It was not a panel just one person interviewing. It was pretty basic and informal compared to others I have done now.

Interview
It was very casual and cool. They ask about your experience in costumer service. If you speak more than one language the interview will be in that other language to prove your competence on it.

Question 1
Any question in the foreign language that they want you to know.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at RCI Exchanges (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2015
Interview
The application itself didn't take as long as I expected. The next step was the online video interview. It was extremely stressful and awkward because I was timed, recorded, and told it would be seen by multiple individuals. The third step was a double interview at the actual location. I'm not shy in the slightest but if I was this would be a dreadful process.
