first, you need to pass telephone interview and then get opportunity for face-to-face interview. If everything goes smooth, you get the job offer. Sometimes, you might need to have 2nd intereview. Depends on your past work experience and achievements.

Interview is with multiple managers, sometimes regional presidents. Can consist of multiple rounds of interviews, even panel interviews. Questions regarding source of business, past experience, type of clientele.. experience in collecting information/documents, verifying documents.
