Multi staged, structured process. Some elements repetitive and case study included added little value. Wanted to interview in person, which was difficult given the amount of time needed for the process.
Phone call with HR, then 2nd round with hiring manager, potential 3rd round with managing director or department head, no technical interview, only behaviour questions and experience questions; each round 1-2 hours

Great 👍 interesting a lot of questions I found it east yes a lot of questions culture very good I like the people a lot great environment perfect describe the interview process to be difficult or easy I didn’t get the offer
