Interview
2 interviews with two interviewers. First one is mostly conversational based while the second is more competency based. A five-minute presentation on a topic provided beforehand. Finally, a group exercise based on headlines on the daily papers. The group had to pick three topics and describe there importance.
Do not underestimate the importance of the individual presentation and the group exercise.
