The first round interview was relatively casual. Basically an overview of the position and then a brief introduction to my backround. Second interview was pretty much the same thing, but with the VP of the company. Everyone seemed friendly, but didn't hear back after the second interview.

interview consisted of basically “will you come in for no pay? and will you do a trial day?” then after your trial day they ask again if you will continue to come in. presumably because of high turnover

They only asked for one interview and it took place over the phone. The entire process was quick and efficient, managed to get through everything in roughly fifteen minutes. Lot of general questions, asking about self, etc
