I was called by the recruiter we had a 30 minute phone interview, I received positive feedback and was sent a online assessment and was notified that I would be contacted on whether or not I would be chosen for an in-person group interview. I reached out several times to check in on the status of my application and never received a rejection. I was just completely ghosted and it has been over 4 weeks. This is bad business practice and reflects poorly on the company. Regardless of whether or not an applicant moves onto the next stage at the bare minimum, they deserve a rejection.
