I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics in Jun 2025
Interview
Had 4 different interviews only to be told the position was eliminated due to lack of growth and projections through the end of the year. However, they recently reposted the job out on LinkedIn but in a different territory.
You will typically go through around 4-5 interviews with different levels of the individuals.
They use a rubric scoring system so make sure you are answering the questions with additional detail. I recommend answering using the STAR method.

Question 1
What is the best team that you have ever worked on and what made it great?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Sydney) in May 2022
Interview
Their interview process is extremely long which in turn means you use a lot of time to prepare, you interview with random people until the TACOS interview. I had 3 interviews rescheduled by them for various reasons (interviewer sick etc) which adds to the time sink. The interviews with the 'lower' down people were great all fantastic people, however as soon as I got to the 'highest' person they were completely disengaged in the meeting, seemingly very disinterested in anything I had to say. The questions I then asked her were answers extremely cookie-cutter, corporate responses that provided NO insight into the question I asked. DO NOT RECOMMEND
