I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at QVC (West Chester, PA) in Apr 2012
Interview
One interview. It was very easy, they were just looking to get to know you and how well you would fit within the team. The questions asked were very general, "tell me about yourself", etc. They did ask you about your previous job experience and your skills (specifically relating to job title).

Interview
Once I was contacted the process took about a month. You first have a phone screening interview with an HR rep. After that there is an in-person interview. You interview with one HR rep for about 15 min, then with two sales managers at the same time for about 45min to 1 hour.

Question 1
Pretty standard interview questions... Tell us about a time you led a team... Tell us about a time you had to make a difficult decision.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at QVC (West Chester, PA) in Dec 2010
Interview
After submitting my resume and cover letter online through a current member of the sales team, who then passed it on to HR, it took HR a good month to get around to calling me about the position. When they finally called me, it was an impromptu background check interview asking primarily demographic questions. They then set up another interview for two weeks later, over the phone. After the second phone interview was completed, I was brought in for an in-person interview with an HR rep, followed by the Sales manager who would be my direct supervisor. I clicked with the Sales Manager, and was offered the job over the phone later that afternoon. After the offer, It took about two weeks to complete paperwork and drug testing, and I had to wait until the next round of company-wide orientation to start.
