In person interview, followed by very extensive work prompt, presentation, second, fairly large group interview, and follow up skype interview. Clearly going through some growing pains in terms of building out their talent process. The process was very disorganized and required a 20-30 hour work prompt with no real conversation about the work prompt in the interview.

Interview
Interview was easy, conversational, and behavioral. The weird thing was it was on a Saturday morning and there were a bunch of people in the office on Skype--red flag?
The absolute sketchiest part was they wanted me to complete a very complex project for them for the "2nd round" interview and put it on their Google Drive--the kind of project that could eat up a whole summer-long internship. I said I'd bring a flash drive, as it was my product I spent many hours making. They really, really wanted me to put it on their system. I got a weird feeling I was being used for free consulting/labor and pulled out of the interview process, no longer interested.
