Interview
It was very short. Basic questions. Informal. Friendly discussion with the assistant customer service manager. I made sure to show up early with resumes. It was more of a get to know session than an interview. Questions included: what is premier customer service? Tell me a little about yourself. How would you deal with an angry customer service?
Interview was fine, team member giving the interview did not care. Half of the time they were on their phone not paying attention to me.don't think of coming back to this place

There were loads of questions and a simulation on the online application. It was an easy process. Everyone i spoke with was very nice. I would highly recommend it any students looks for a great starter position or even building a career with publix.

Just easy questions about me and why i want to work at publix, didn't really go into detail and was mostly simple. It's a pretty straight forward process, you can't really mess it up unless you have a bad history or criminal record
