Easy and relaxed, the hiring staff made the whole process simple and no surprises - I did not feel awkward or unprepared. Publix also offers great benefits for their employees and Publix is definitley the kind of place that you get out of the experience depending on what you put in.

A customer was getting inpatient due to having to wait in line longer than usual. How would you navigate the unhappy customer?
Very short and fast, make sure you are ready for the questions, practice before your interview so you don’t stutter or mess up. make sure to smile. And most importantly be yourself, they will value that.
