talked to assistant manager then manager - basic interview - previous experience, hours available etc then small talk about area and other things - the same thing for manager and assistant manager which were separate interviews - guess is just to see if I fit in

The interview process at Publix was pleasant and moved quickly. From the moment I applied, the communication was clear and professional. The interviewer made me feel comfortable, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me a clear overview of the role. Overall, it was an easy, smooth experience that left a great impression of the company.
I went through the interview process as a senior in high school looking for their first job. I felt like the interviewer understood that & tailored with the questions to fit my entry-level status. They were very cordial & provided a comfortable interview environment. However, there was a bit of a waiting period between submitting the application & getting a call-back to schedule the interview.
Filled out the application online, got contacted for an interview the day after, setting the interview with the customer service manager for 2 days later. Manager was very friendly, taking as much time as needed to get to know me, Talk about the company and job duties, and answered all my questions in deraul
