I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Austin, TX)
Interview
Interview was long but no different from any other interview. Be sure to do some research on the company that will help you to assure a spot. They will conduct a phone interview first and if you are good to go they will conduct an in person interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance
Interview
Very impersonal and did not get to speak to someone in person everything was video recorded. It took a long time for them to finally decline my video interview. That's it

I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Tampa, FL)
Interview
The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
