If we want to get job in progressive, then we need to showoff more. I know many people who are working particularly in QA department they don't even have minimum knowledge but, still doing job because of showoff and also majority of people are misusing while doing work from home, still that company will trust those kind of crap people. Basically I'm very genuine and at the time of interview they don't even ask any technical question and asked me about my previous projects and the tools which I have used, I didn't showoff them like I know everything and I explained them what I did on my project there is no point to fake. Finally they don't even select for 2nd round. GUYS IF YOU WANT JOB AT PROGRESSIVE JUST PRETEND THEM LIKE YOU KNOW EVERYTHING WITH OUT ANY KNOWLEDGE THAT'S IT AND FINALLY THE JOB WILL BE YOURS.

Submitted app on their website, received an email a few weeks later, interviewed with recruiter, then moved on to an IT manager process, which is in person and full day event

Two small phone interviews, with basic screening questions. Was offered a day and half in campus interview. Met with multiple managers during a dinner mixer. Was then given two full 1 hour interviews from two separate people. An incredibly taxing experience especially when they don’t offer you a job after 8 hours of being with them.

Interview
Video Interview through college, was a group interview with a general overview that then broke out into individual interviews. The process was very organized, and the interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and positive to speak with.
