The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2009
Interview
They had an on campus interview with 2 interviewers. After that if you were accepted for a second interview they bring you down to Cincinnati to interview at their offices. They treat you pretty well by arranging a younger employee to take you out to dinner the night before and answer any questions you have. Then the day of the interview you are there with about a group of 4. The morning starts off by taking an hour long logic test that is similar to the mandatory test when applying online. Then there are two separate 1:1 interviews. They asked just behavioral based questions. All about "tell me a time". The two interviewers were pretty different. One guy asked about 12 questions in the base of a half hour, many almost exactly the same, and it becomes very difficult to think of different examples to use. Some examples are "tell me a time when you had to lead a group" "tell me a time when you saw a need in a change in direction and what you did" "tell me a time when you had a difficult problem to solve" "tell me a time when you had to work with a difficult person and how you handled it"

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Dec 2024
Interview
You have to answer as an extrovert on the personality assessment or else they'll throw your app out. You also have to do well on a faux-iq test or else they'll also immediately throw out your app
I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England)
Interview
Very unorganised and was walking them through my CV, was picked apart and asked questions which was fine - but implied as I didn't do economics/maths I wouldn't get the job. I was curious why the interviewed me if they weren't going to hire me.
