Laid Back. Standard questions. Peer interviews for final selctions. Very comfortable process. Easy going screening process with HR prior to leader interview process. Can take 2-3 weeks to move along to final interviews.
Called by a recruiter. Interview was short but hiring process very long. Took weeks before getting an offer. After talking to a recruiter I was eventually contacted by the department manager for an in person interview then a peer interview

Interview with HR first that asked character related questions. Then interviewed with the hiring managers in a relaxed setting just getting to know each other. They made me feel comfortable and it was easy to talk to them about my background and the job
