really easy, was really friendly and responsive. Asked interesting questions. Looked at my CV and asked some questions regarding experience and a few more questions all questions were easy to answer and made the process really easy and stress free
Mostly asked questions like 'tell me a time when you...' Important that you show confidence and good personality as obviously this is important when you interact with customers.
You don't need prior experience but make sure you have good examples prepared.

They asked about my background, my strengths and weaknesses and gave me store scenarios and asked how I would respond (the changing rooms are out of order, a customer wants to try on clothes, what do you tell them? )
