I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Powerex (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2024

The interview process was only one virtual meeting. It was an hour long with three people. It included behavioral, technical and OOP questions. They were looking for candidates who would attempt questions they did not know the answers to and individuals who ask questions.

The interview really was not super intimidating or difficult. They seemed like they needed help and wanted to hire pretty quick. Place seemed old and dealt with old technology and products.

It was cool. I don't why, but there were 4 interviewers in the microsoft teams meeting for an internship role. They ask some questions like what is regression testing which I have never heard in a university.
