As we mentioned to you, we review every potential hire with the team. We also discussed that this particular company and position require personal commitment to succeed. It is never our desire to bring someone on who might not find a good home with us. Since there is much more to the job than just writing, we ask that candidates demonstrate proficiency in that area. We also combine those results with a variety of other factors, however. We understand that the best possible candidate for our team will demonstrate good writing skill AND have a passion for helping our clients. We can always assist someone to improve technical or writing skills, but we know from experience that we will not be able to change any candidate's commitment.
