A couple phone interviews, not great communication. I went weeks with no communication, was promised another interview, then all of a sudden was turned down. The hiring manager was biased against men.

Interview
I had two interviews. The first was with the recruiter, which was awesome. He asked me simple questions, was super friendly, and followed up like he said he would.
The second interview was with a manager. She was great to talk to as well and asked pretty good questions.
The big downside was follow-up. As in, there was none.
At the end of the interview, she said she'd follow-up with me to let me know if I'd be moving on in the process.
It's been 10 months since the interview and I never heard from anyone.
