      Interview

It was a very structured and easy to follow process. Recruiter gave clear instructions and guided me well through each step. Each step of the interview process helped me to learn more about different aspects of the company and gave me a chance to also demonstrate my understanding of the role and competencies through my experiences.

      Dublin, Dublin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2021

      Interview

This was by far the best interview process I've ever taken part in. A recruitment process is both for the recruiting organisation to figure out if a candidate fits into the organisation, but it is also for the candidate to figure out if this is an organisation worthy of your time. Pluralsight put this into practice from the first conversation until the final offer. Each interview step opened with some variation of the question "Are you still interested in joining Pluralsight in this position?". Half of the time in every interview step was spent explaining the culture, work environment and tasks required for the position in question, allowing the candidate ample time to ask questions and to deep dive into figuring out if Pluralsight is the right next step. Each interview step ended with some version of the question "Knowing what you now know, are you still interested in proceeding in the process?" In short, I felt incredibly seen and listened to during the entire process, and I was able to ultimately make a very well informed decision.

      Dublin, Dublin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2020

      Interview

It was a very smooth interview process. First I had a video call with a recruiter, then one with the hiring manager. After that I had a panel interview (also video) with 3 managers (I needed to do a presentation) and the last stage was a video call with 2 members of the team. It was one of the best interview experiences of my career.
