PlaytestCloud Jr. Project Manager interview questions

First I had a screening call with the Team Lead Project Manager and another with the Head of Operations . Both these interviews were very relaxed, just going over my past experience and my expectations for the role. I was able to ask a lot of questions about the team, company, and work culture. The next stage phase was was to complete a take-home work prompt with 4 tasks. The tasks were pretty straight forward and took around 3 hours to complete. I was compensated very well by PlaytestCloud for my time. The final interview was with the Head of Operations again. This one was a bit more in-depth, asking more specific questions about project management and playtesting. The interview process was very transparent and I always knew what the next steps in the process were and when to expect a response and feedback.

Interviewed online and got through a screening and then to the operations manager. Reviewed my previous professional experience, motivations, and values. There was positive feedback throughout both interviews which ultimately felt misleading after not hearing back for almost two weeks.
