Had to take a test to see if I was right for the job, after I was scored I was given an interview. Manager was reading questions off of a paper for me to answer. For instance, "How did you provide excellent service in a situation". It was pretty generic.

Notified of interview in advance. Professional interview with standard interview questions. Really enjoyed the time spent with the interviewer. Our interactions were pleasant but the job was not for mea t the end of the day.
The process was very focused and intuitive. I was able to determine very quickly that I would enjoy working at this location. The General Manager was very nice and also helped me decide what I wanted to be.

The interview process was smooth but thorough and very easy all around. Some of the questions had me thinking really far back but I feel like they actually put some thought into who they are hiring here, rather than just filling a spot.
