Basic knowledge questions, references, job history, drug screen, resume, friends,education, was in the setting of the store.The fact the interview was in the store at a busy time of the month and during peak hours of the day caused for much distractions and allowed for many interruptions.

Interviewed with HR Director. Very professional and pleasant. I did not have retail experience, but food & beverage management experience. He related the two together to find the contrasts and comparisons. As such, we found that most of the experience was pertinent and enabled me to move forward to learning retail skills.
