There were three interviews: an informal interview over the phone, one with the assistant store manager, and one more with the store manager. The most common thing about the three interviews was that there was a focus on how to react to customers; they asked many questions as to how one should approach a situation in which a customer requires assistance creating a look for their home or how one could go about with inviting customers to return to the store.
