Give me an example of a situation you delt with a client and how it ended.
While we currently have an open IT Technician position, we do not have a Tech Support Representative role at our organization, nor have we made an offer on an IT position in several years. We hate to hear you had a negative experience during your interview, but it doesn't seem your interview was with our organization. We wish you all the best in your new role.
