it was quick and simple, they ask about your experience within social media, why you would be a good fit for the role and the role is completely remote. Connect with the team on linkedin beforehand.

why would I be a good fit for the role, what is my previous experience in the industry, ideas I have for the brand or company, am I comfortable being on camera, etc.
it sounded like there was a lot of leakage in the biz and they were desperate to get someone in. i didn't get friendly vibes from the call with their chief ops guy. he was a bit awkward and he ran in circles with his questions around driving retention. unsure if he knew what he was looking for or needed which was a red flag for me
