Simple screening interview and then ultimately a scheduled technical interview with members of the plant. The screening interview is extremely simple/informal - the next interview was more traditional interview. Everyone was very pleasant.

Non Technical. And mostly based on education, experience and personality. The interviewer was very friendly and he started by describing the job role and what is expected out of the candidate.
