Interview
1st part: Phone interview, know motivation, basic background. 2nd part: team interview + hiring manager interview. This is a 3-hour interview, to know how you perceive this position, know your skills and background.
Straightforward 1st round of interview. It was an online interview with an HR person. Talked about my background and my availability plus I asked some questions regading the role (team, projects etc). Overall, good experience, around 30 minutes.
I applied for this positions and I got an interview after 5 months. It takes a long time to arrange an interview. I interviewed via Skype with the hiring manager. It lasted only 15 minutes. I received very basic questions from the hiring manager. I felt I was doing well, but I also felt that they already had another cancdiate in mind that was close to signing the contract. After a week I got this email that they already had a candidate in mind and they filled in the vacancy internally.
