Interview
Informal phone interview followed by formal on-site interview with the engineering manager and several engineers of varying status. Some of the engineers had an intense attitude while others were very relaxed. The engineering manager was very supportive and engaged throughout the whole process. I never met the actual recruiter--he was involved in an administrative capacity only.

Interview
Simple screening interview and then ultimately a scheduled technical interview with members of the plant. The screening interview is extremely simple/informal - the next interview was more traditional interview. Everyone was very pleasant.

Interview
Non Technical. And mostly based on education, experience and personality. The interviewer was very friendly and he started by describing the job role and what is expected out of the candidate.

Interview
Standard interview process. Phone interview with HR to get a better understanding of the position and if the job sounds like a good fit for both parties. Next were 3 rounds of Microsoft Teams interviews, each with 2 employees present. First round was with 2 engineering managers, followed by 2 more rounds with 2 engineers in each. Very quick to schedule and responsive HR team throughout the application and interview process. Great communication and coordination in all.
