I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. Then 1-hour meeting with 2 team members and another 1-hour meeting with the potential manager. I received a personality test in the end. Everything went well only to receive a generic rejection email two weeks later

The entire interview process was very lengthy, which happened over 2 months. I was overqualified for the entry level job that I interviewed for. The only reason why I interviewed was because the office was closer to my home. After completing all their requirements, I was rejected even though I had 3 years of underwriting experience, and this was a trainee position. I highly believe there was racial discrimination involved. Therefore, I suggest not to waste your time with these people if you are not white. I interviewed for the Bala Cynwyd branch, which is a white majority office.
