Excessively long process, no feedback given. Many screenings and lots of SQL queries, process could be shorter for sure. The process was as follows:
1st Interview: 30min call with HR for screening
2nd Interview: 1h call with Senior Data Analyst. Situational questions of the type "What would you do if..."
Tech assessment: +10 SQL queries on a dataset of 5 different tables (no ER diagram given). Business Use Case and PowerPoint presentation
3rd Interview: 1h call with Head of Analytics & Head of Data Ops. Basically presenting the business use case + questions.
In my opinion, challenging hiring process that I personally enjoyed doing. Nevertheless, it may feel like it is too much and they could definitely shorten the assessment. Also, the fact that no feedback is given once they opt you out of the process is kind of discouraging, since many hours were invested in the process.
