Highly focused on key accomplishments, quota achievement and selling style. If you are competent it won't be a problem. Just share your pursuit stories and what happened. One note, they did require me to share my last two W-2's. I had never been asked this before but they required it to continue with the interview process. Could be a deal breaker for some people.
