Applied online. Got call a month later for an interview with HR that took a half hour involving a small sales role play. Did a ride along with another RSR a week later. Another week later had an interview with two District Sales Leaders which was laid back. Hired a month later.

All questions were standard questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just get ready to do a sales role play where you are selling a product to a manager.

Question was all about, Tell us about your career, what you understand about sales and prioritization of schedules .
What you understand about safety at work place, Knowledge about customers satisfaction and salary expectation.
The interview process was done online. I was asked three to four questions with a 2 minute time limit to answer. One of the questions was: Tell us a time where you demonstrated leadership?

Talk about past experiences and some general behavioural questions. Overall, pretty basic stuff and know about the position and company. The interviewer was pretty kind and they inform you well about the position. There was only one 30-minute interview.
