Interview
Applications are only accepted via computer/online during a very limited time. There is an initial interview and "Select Test." There is a drug test and background check that must be passed before being hired. The drug test is a hair test. They take the applicants into the production plant and let them try packing to get a feel and sight of what they'll be doing.

It's been too many years since I did a packer interview so I don't remember the questions but they were "basic" interview questions.
The interview went very well. They gave us a walk through, were we practically learned how to do it in 1 day. I really like working for that company very much.

The interview was based on behaviour questions. After that, I did a medical and physical test and some online assessments. They checked my background profile and professional references as well.

They held a job fair and take a interview of applicators. If they pass the interview then they send them for first exam . If we pass this exam then then send for next process. After passing that we are selected for job.
