After submitting my application and resume I received an interview request in a short amount of time. The interview process was simple. Just asking questions to pinpoint experience and personality. Within a week of the 1st interview was asked to attend a second interview. Was offered the position and I accepted. The whole process from interview to start date took a little over a month but seems to be well worth it so far.
