Multiple Skype interviews with the HR manager and later on with the District Manager. Also multiple phone interviews. once selected to move further you will be flown out to Dallas to do a week training and meet everyone in the home office. after which you will began field training in your designated territory.

They did an over the phone interview an then did a Skype interview. They also fly you out to Texas an do a weeks worth of training . Positive experience so far.
