Interview
It was an overall positive process because they were extremely friendly and great at communicating all the details. I interviewed in person with several different individuals in order to hear different perspectives and for them to ask all kinds of questions.

Question 1
They asked a large amount of situational questions, but they also gave me time to ask them questions as well about the job qualifications or specifics.
I spoke with them at the career fair at my university and gave them my resume. After speaking with a few of the recruiters I was immediately asked to interview with them on campus the next day. The interview was mostly behavioral and very straight forward. Was emailed the following week for an interview at their corporate office.

I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Payless ShoeSource (Topeka, KS) in Apr 2014
Interview
There were rounds and rounds of interviews.. I interviewed with at least 6 people. Some people were more serious than others. They almost tried to throw you off.... All of them were late, which made for a really long day. They have a prepared sheet of questions they ask everyone for that role, and then some people veer off that just to "see how you handle it"
