I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
Initially HR will reach out if found the traditional way. If you know someone you will be led to the office manager of the corresponding team. They will then have you meet a mixture of team members ranging from Sales Service Executives and Account Executives. They pretty much vet you to see if you're personable, friendly and passionate about the world of advertising. Lastly you will meet the VPs who are available at the time. You will likely meet 6+ during your initial interview at the office.

Question 1
How do you manage many tasks at the same time and how do you prioritize importance of tasks?
Super friendly and personable interviewers. I met with the manager and senior director and they were both super engaging in conversation. We spoke thoroughly about my qualifications but also about myself and my interests. It was smooth process and communication through e-mail was also very quick and convenient.

Question 1
Explain past internship experience and how does it relate to this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Paramount (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied online via their website and got an email to schedule an interview with the recruiter a week later. He asked me basic questions that pertained to my background, how I found the position, why I applied, and if I was interested in the specific segment of the company. He was nice and even told me the salary which was a first.
The next day, I got an email from two managers on the team for another interview. I spoke with them, they asked me kinda situational-type questions, what my experience was, and sort of the same type of questions. I think during both interviews they were trying to gauge whether the candidate had a real interest in sales.
Overall, it was an average experience, all three individuals were nice. Despite my interview experience, no offer— but not too mad about it, I think you really have to like sales to work in that environment.
