Super laid back. It was my first job and didn't have really any experience going into it. Met with the manager 1 time and he called me the next day and offered me the job. Was a great job for part time!

Apply online, they'll call you and bring you in for an interview. I interview with the hiring manager and the general manager. The questions are simple, simple customer service questions- basic knowledge. The interview with the general manager was a little more specific example questions, but they just want to make sure you are going to provide the best service. Quick tip: DO not commit to an interview to 2 different locations- I did that and they both wanted me and became a mess. In the long run I chose the location closer to my house.

The process was very professional and easy. I was interviewed by the general manager and was asked the basic questions. The interview was only fifteen minutes so not too long.

Interview
I applied online and was texted back two days later for an interview. It was out in the open and was my first job interview / official job. I got there a little bit early, and when I walked in the staff knew who I was. The interview was out in the open but it wasn't a busy day.
