Packsize Resident Service Engineer interview questions

I started the interview process with a phone screener interview with a recruiter. The conversation went great and I was quickly set up with a Zoom interview with the regional manager. This interview went great as well and we had an easy-going conversation sprinkled in with your typical interview questions. The regional manager wanted me to have another Zoom interview with his colleague which we scheduled for the following day. This interview was much different and almost combative. The interviewer was all business and seemed a little perturbed by some of my questions about the job. After not hearing a peep for a week, I decided to reach out to the recruiter and ask where we were in the hiring process. Crickets for 3-4 days until I reached out again via email. I got a response the next day asking me to do a one-hour site visit with an RSE. I rearranged my schedule to attend the site visit which went OK. In the three weeks since, I have heard nothing from Packsize. In reading the comments here on Glassdoor, it seems that this is their M.O. ... String interviewees along for a number of interviews and then ghost. If I'm not a fit for the role, that's OK but at least tell me. I was expecting more after having some good conversations with various members of the team.
