5 stages inteview over a 3 week period. HR Screening Psychometric test Technical task Team Interview Final Interview (culture fit) Everyone was very pleasant and super professional. It clearly seems their main interest is what's best for OutThink and they know what they want. The psychometric test was a bit of an odd duck in the process tho. I really liked the HR person, she was very forthright and great and giving feedback (even if it took a bit longer than I was told I'd get that, it is perfectly fine because they are busy people, just be patient). Bit of friction in certain areas but that is just out of my personal experience. All in all they seemed to have changed a lot from whatever was happening on the previous interview reviews, because I found it intense but interesting and generally nice
